    • Attend FI specific events and trade shows
    • Understanding of industry trends and key challenges
    • Speak the vernacular and live the culture
  • Become a subject matter expert on solutions QDS offers
  • Prospect throughout territory generating new logos
  • Find FIs that are searching for a better service experience on their existing hardware and bring them into the QDS family of service
  • Work with QDS management and QDS partners to deliver the best overall solution to help the FI achieve their goals
  • Be accountable to understand the technology we sell, what our competitors offer, what’s going on in the market and the regulatory environment
    • Be a constant learner and work to improve continuously
  • Must maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast within the CRM data entry and utilization of sales enablement tools within the CRM
  • Maintain relationships with all customers and be the primary contact to handle all their needs
  • Coordinate with all departments of QDS to ensure customer needs are not only being met but exceeded
  • Executive relationship development and management with multiple decision makers and lines of business
  • Develop strategies, account plans and primary targets under the direction of leadership, necessary to develop the leads and relationships within the assigned territory/accounts to attain quota and gather information about potential customers
  • Active relationship management, servicing accounts and maintaining consistent contact with customers
